Interest rate, Year end stats

Here is some information that is always on sellers & buyers minds. 2022 vs 2021 4th quarter stats. You’ll see that things in the 4th quarter of last year were quieter than in 2021 as I mentioned in a previous blob.  Putting your home up for sale  would mean more eyes on your listing as there are not many to choose from right now. The trend of low inventory in December is still with us. If you have any questions about your house in particular, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

This past week as a Realtor has been another great week for learning, education, practicing systems and meeting new people. My weekly Brian Buffini class was motivating and challenged us to spend time connecting with old clients. I’m pretty good with staying in touch with people but reminders and new ideas are always helpful. I was wondering how many of you stay in touch with your Realtor? Realtors a great resource for all type of things such as, What’s my house worth today, suggestions for landscapers, electricians, roofers and so much more. We also just love to hear from past clients and how things are going. Getting your referrals to friends, family and coworkers is especially nice. The icing on the cake so to speak.

I was invited to a Chamber of Commerce after hours get together with a colleague of mine, Joanne from CB Realty. I brought my husband along and we met some new people in the industry as well as some familiar faces we haven’t seen in awhile. It was nice to go out and connect with people over business but also just catching up over the past few years and how we’ve all been staying busy and healthy. The event was at the Cabaret Theatre at Mohegan sun. There was lots of delicious food, drinks and a raffle! It was a lovely event and we’re looking forward to the next one. You do not have to be a member of the Chamber to attend and I invite you to their web page to see what else they have planned and maybe you’ll come to the next one. We really had a good time.
