We recently had the good fortune to have Jacqueline Hoyt as our realtor for the purchase of our new home. We had seen a house on Realtor.com, asked for information online, and voila! Jacquie appeared. We were really, really lucky. Jacquie fulfilled her role with consummate professionalism, comprehensive knowledge, and a true sense of empathy. More than once, she had to serve as my "therapist" during the purchase and move. She was always a voice of reason and calm. Was she available to us when we had a question, concern, or maybe a little bit of hysteria? Yes, indeed. In fact, Jacquie replied instantly to any communication from us, and also checked in daily to ask if we needed
anything.
Our mortgage company proved to be difficult to deal with, and Jacquie was careful to keep track of the tedious, complex and infuriating process. We were so glad that she knew how the process was supposed to go at every step.
The seller was also a little cantankerous, but Jacquie was able to finesse the situation and keep us informed. I suppose that these kinds of services are part of the real estate process, and Jacquie always went above and beyond what was expected. In several other ways, however, she was truly remarkable.
When we had to hire a realtor for the sale of our home in Fairfield, Jacquie drove down to help interview the person from Fairfield's Coldwell Banker office. This agent, Jennifer Lockwood, turned out to be a gem also. When Jennifer was planning an open house that was going to bring a crowd (the buyers were lined up down the sidewalk), Jacquie volunteered to be there and help. Again, she drove down to Fairfield, and her assistance was absolutely amazing.

My agent was great and provided us with suggestions or recommendations, especially when we were dealing with the seller's agent.

Jacqueline was sensitive to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the local market. Jacqueline was always prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She made every effort to ensure a smooth process and went above and beyond in helping us feel comfortable with the process!

There really isn’t enough room to write about how absolutely wonderful and professional Jacqueline Hoyt presented herself through an extremely difficult transaction. I truly can’t believe how she was right there everyday, right on everything that had to be done to ensure that we got the house we wanted. No matter how stressful or difficult things got—and they did—Jackie remained calm, professional and always reassuring that we would figure it out. Her main objective was always to get us into our home, and she was determined to get us there, and she did.
I think she is a great asset to your company because not only is she knowledgeable in her field, but she is passionate, and her main focus always remains the same: getting her clients into their new home. It’s not about being greedy or just being there to do a job. I truly believe if there were more people like Jackie in this world it would be a better place!

Jacqueline has done a tremendous job for us. She has gone above and beyond to help us find the right condo, and to facilitate the purchase and closing. She even assisted the sellers with the closing process since their realtor did not do it. She always responded to texts and phone calls promptly. I feel like I have made a new friend in this process. I have nothing but praise for her.

Jacqueline went above and beyond in everything that we needed and predicted items that we never expected.
