Hello 2023!

It’s a brand new year with brand new intentions. Woo Hoo! I’m excited!

But first, I’d like to say Thank You to all my clients for allowing me to be their Realtor for the sale and purchase of their properties in 2022. I had my most successful year to date! I can’t thank everyone enough for trusting me with one of their most important decisions in life. I absolutely love my job and work very hard for each and every one of you. My goal is always to provide my clients with my laser focused attention and the best possible service. I think it’s working. 🙂

Here we are in 2023! Wow!
What I’ve learned and my thoughts for the new year are: Every transaction and every client is unique and with their own story. People buy and sell homes for all different reasons and no two sales are alike. It comes to mind how flexible I have to be with each one while staying true to myself. Being intuitive and trusting my instincts are key qualities to adhere to while navigating my clients needs. It’s a balancing act for sure. I learn and grow with each transaction to better my abilities as a Realtor. Each client has different priorities and communicates differently. Being flexible and intuitive allows me to better connect professionally and personally with each client. Whether I’m helping a family move from overseas to a new home here in Connecticut or working with a Power of Attorney to help sell a beloved family home, I have to adapt to each situation. Also having all the best & professional lenders, attorneys and inspectors on our teams is vital to a successful closing. I promise that buying and selling a home with me will be a great experience.
